Our 18th-century family home is located in Saint Avit Sénieur in Périgord, in the middle of 6 hectares of meadows and woods. Situated on a hill, the house offers a 360° view of the surrounding countryside. It gets the sun all day long, but stays cool inside during the summer heatwave. Natural air-conditioning is one of the assets of these old houses. Outside, the swimming pool (8 x 4.7) awaits you after a visit to the region's emblematic sites, or simply to relax, chat or read. Weber gas barbecue. Thanks to its large reception room, this house is ideal for hosting family events: birthdays, engagements, etc. We can provide a bed for the baby. Arrivals and departures are on Sundays.
